Anti-Wrinkle Injections
('Botox®')
What are anti-wrinkle injections?
Anti-wrinkle injections (commonly known as Botox®) are precise, doctor-administered treatments that target the muscles responsible for facial expressions, such as frowning or squinting. By gently relaxing these muscles, the injections smooth existing lines and wrinkles and help prevent new ones from forming.
Botox® can also be used for aesthetic refinements in the lower face, including correcting a ‘gummy smile’ or softening a dimpled chin. The goal is always subtle, natural-looking results that enhance your features without changing your expression.

What to expect
Treatment involves a series of small, precise injections into the target muscles. Discomfort is minimal, and most patients experience only minor redness or occasional bruising at the injection sites. There is no downtime, allowing you to resume your normal activities immediately.
Results typically begin to appear within 2–7 days, with full effect visible by around 14 days. Most patients find results last 3–4 months, after which treatment can be repeated to maintain a refreshed, natural appearance. If you feel any tweaks or adjustments would be helpful, a follow-up consultation can be arranged at your convenience.
